Acceptable Use Policy

Short version: don't be a jerk, don't break the law, don't try to break our service.

You may not:

• Process content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other IP rights.
• Process child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content that promotes self-harm, or content that violates applicable criminal law.
• Use the API to commit fraud, phishing, identity theft, or KYC evasion.
• Distribute malware or use our API to host command-and-control traffic.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse rate limits, or extract non-public data about other customers.
• Resell the API without written permission — wrap it in your own product, sure; bulk-resell keys, no.
• Use test keys for production traffic or production keys for competitive benchmarking.

Enforcement

We respond proportionally: warning → rate-limit tighten → temp suspension → account termination. Severe violations (CSAM, live fraud) trigger immediate termination and law-enforcement referral.

Reporting abuse

Email abuse@snappdf.au with the offending API key prefix (last-4), the nature of the abuse, and any evidence you can share. We take abuse reports seriously and acknowledge within 24 hours.
